Fourteen years of reading Gold Coast sites — from beachfront homes and hinterland retreats to government buildings, schools, hospitality venues, and sporting facilities. The scale changes. The commitment to getting it right doesn't.
His ideas were invaluable and allowed us to achieve results neither of us imagined. He accurately costed our project, helped select a reputable builder, and his plans were so well resolved that there were very few questions throughout construction.
Their strongest attribute is designing spaces that 'flow' and connect, with intimate knowledge in cost control and material selection. The 3D modelling and Virtual Reality tours were particularly beneficial.
Our biggest challenge was figuring out how to renovate and extend our home while maintaining a functional, natural flow throughout. We'd struggled to find a solution ourselves, but Burleigh Beach Designs solved it in their very first design concept.
