We then navigate regulatory approvals, and produce detailed construction documents ready for building licence approval and subsequent construction by your builder.

While we don't determine the budget, we align your vision with your budgetary constraints during our initial consultation. As part of the design process, we work closely with a quantity surveyor for more accurate cost estimates. We also maintain open communication about budget considerations throughout the design process to ensure continued alignment with your financial expectations.

Design changes or adjustments are part of the design process and these are handled collaboratively. At each design phase, we present the design and take the time to explain them in detail. You then have time to review the drawings and provide any feedback or requested changes. Upon receiving this feedback, we evaluate the implications of the proposed changes on the project's budget, timeline, and regulatory compliance and discuss these implications with you. All change requests are made in writing, ensuring a clear record is kept as part of the process.
