We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, calling during office hours gets the quickest response. During busy periods or when principals are on site visits, responses may take up to 48 hours.

Our onsite consultation covers your project brief, site conditions and constraints, budget range, timeline, and council or regulatory considerations. Consultations are primarily held at your site, though office or video meetings can be arranged. Bring any existing plans, survey information, or inspiration images. Following the consultation, we provide a fee proposal outlining scope, stages, timeline, and costs.

Helpful information includes project location, project type (new build, renovation, commercial fitout), a brief description of what you want to achieve, approximate budget range, desired timeline, and any existing site plans, surveys, or drawings. You don't need all of this to get started — even a short description is enough to begin a conversation.

Do you work with clients outside the Gold Coast?

Yes. We work throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Most projects are within one to two hours of our Burleigh Heads office for regular site visits. For more distant projects, we use video consultations and strategic site visits at key milestones. Travel time is charged for projects beyond 50 km from our office.
