The brief demanded a home with significant street presence – a grand statement achieved through classic proportions, symmetrical facade elements, and meticulous detailing, while cleverly incorporating modern necessities.

Integrating Practicality with Elegance

Addressing the need for both luxury and practicality, the design incorporates a substantial basement level. This subterranean space provides secure parking for four vehicles and houses a dedicated gymnasium, freeing up the ground level for expansive living areas and seamless indoor-outdoor flow – a hallmark of desirable Gold Coast properties.

The kitchen, often the heart of the home, was conceived as a space that balances the elegance of the French Provincial style with the demands of modern family life. Featuring high-quality finishes and appliances, the layout prioritizes ease of maintenance and intuitive workflow, ensuring it remains both beautiful and functional.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Connection

A key requirement was the fluid connection between the primary living spaces and the outdoor entertaining zones. Internally, the French Provincial aesthetic is carried through with sophisticated detailing. Elegant wainscoting adorns the walls, complemented by high skirtings that enhance the sense of volume.
