The challenge of this project was to reconfigure the existing footprint, a small and challenging space, into a vastly improved workspace that optimises productivity, significantly enhances safety, and elevates the overall functionality of the kitchen.

A Revolution in Kitchen Design
The image presents the end result of our comprehensive Burleigh Bears Kitchen Upgrade project. We transformed a previously confined and restrictive workspace into a well-optimised and significantly safer environment for culinary creativity.
By reconfiguring the existing footprint, we maximized the productivity, safety, and overall functionality of the space, making it a model of efficiency and modern design. This transformation demonstrates our unique approach to project management and design in commercial spaces.

Streamlining Commercial Kitchen Operations
The primary goal for this commercial kitchen renovation was to improve efficiency, especially for functions catering up to 300 meals. By distinctly segregating the back-of-house from the front-of-house, we ensured streamlined operations.
The open kitchen concept lets guests witness the culinary mastery of the chefs, enhancing their dining experience. Every bench and equipment was crafted in strict adherence to food and health codes, assuring safety while maximising kitchen performance.

Designing Efficient Commercial Spaces with Coastal Charm
A defining aspect of this commercial design was ensuring fluidity and seamless communication between distinct areas. By connecting the point of sale/coffee zone directly with the kitchen, we optimised operations. The strategically placed pass area, complemented by a front bench, was designed to store essential serving items, enabling wait staff to serve without interrupting the kitchen's rhythm.
The design elements were carefully chosen to echo the allure of the coast. Particularly in the point of sale area, coastal textures and materials became our muse, resulting in a space that's not just functional but also exudes a relaxed, coastal ambience.
