We've reinvented these high-traffic areas into visually striking spaces that serve as a reflection of Broadbeach's coastal charm through the combination of locally-inspired design elements.

A Coastal Transformation
This image depicts the transformation we brought to the lift lobbies at Boulevard Towers where we adopted a nautical theme to echo the coastal charm inherent to Broadbeach.
These high-traffic areas were reimagined as inviting spaces, featuring design elements inspired by the colours and patterns of the local beach environment. The result is a high-rise space that not only catches the eye but also feels harmonious with its coastal surroundings.

High-Rise Residential Refurbishment: Coastal Charm Meets Urban Living
The project is a celebration of the locale's coastal characteristics, transforming the lift lobbies of Boulevard Towers into elegant, visually appealing spaces. With a mindful design approach, we've combined locally-inspired elements to create an atmosphere that echoes Broadbeach's coastal charm, even within the urban setting of a high-rise residential complex.
The blend of porcelain panelling, referencing the sandy beaches opposite Boulevard Towers, and the navy blue textured carpet, a direct allusion to the ocean, serves to remind guests and residents of the coastal location. This artful design embodies our commitment to context-driven interiors, resulting in a high-rise residential refurbishment that enhances the everyday experience of those inhabiting and visiting these spaces.
